In an effort to go "green," effective July 1, 2008 CA has decided to eliminate the physical mailing of certain documentation, if an alternative is available. As part of this effort, CA will no longer be shipping tangible Open License Program Certificates to end users for orders that do not require media, but instead emailing them. To ensure your order is processed correctly, when submitting information, please provide us with confirmed, accurate email addresses for two contacts at each end user. Once received, CA will then send an electronic copy of the Open License Program Certificates to the confirmed email addresses.
CA would like to ask for your assistance in helping them go "green," not only as a valued CA partner, but also as fellow citizens of the earth!!
