**Announcement**
As from July 1st 2008, physical media for Microsoft Open orders will become obsolete. Going forward, media will be available to download via the eOpen website on https://eopen.microsoft.com Please see below for instructions on how to do so:
How to download media from eOpen
- Sign-in to your Windows Live ID account.
- When first accessing the VLSC (Volume License Service Centre) you will need to fill out all the fields and then click "Continue"
- All products available for download will be showed, depending on whether you have either Open, Select, Enterprise or school agreements. Once you have selected the product required use the "Product Link" to begin the download, making sure you specify the language required, connection speed and OS (Operating System)
- Click on " Continue Download". Confirm all the settings then select "Download"
- Choose the location where you require it to be saved to. Upon doing this you will be prompted to use the Download Manager which minimises time spent on downloading large files and will restart the process automatically if it is disrupted
- When the download has ended the status will change to "Finish". Click on "Launch" for the product to be activated

As always with Microsoft however, there are a few exceptions to this rule! Dynamics CRM 4.0, Small Business Server 2003, Microsoft Math & Windows Server for Small Business will still have a physical media kit that can be ordered via the Microsoft fulfillment centre on 0800 917 9016.

Upgrade Information about Worry-Free Remote Manager
As part of Trend Micro's Worry-Free 5.0 launch, they will be upgrading Worry-Free Remote Manager from version 1.5 to 1.6 on their datacentres.
After the upgrade, Worry-Free Remote Manager will automatically update the WFRM agents code at your customers to support Worry-Free Business Security 5.0 making the migration to WF5.0 even more worry-free for you, their partners and customers.
This requires no effort by you and the new agent will support both the new Worry-Free Business Security solutions and the legacy CS/CSM for SMB 3.x solutions.
However, during this upgrade period, there will be a system maintenance period when you, will not have access to your Worry-Free Remote Manager console.
Below you will find "Key Dates" you need to be aware of:
› System Maintenance Period:
• 9th July 1008 - This is the day on which there will be no reseller access to WFRM
• 10th July 2008 - 1.6 agent upgrade and Worry-Free Business Security 5.0 support

You can now pre-order the new Adobe Acrobat 9 and Creative Suite 3.3 range from Blue Solutions. This is due to ship around the end of June.
The new version's being touted as a significant upgrade, partially on strength of new-found native support for Adobe Flash - including video and application files - within PDF documents, which can be read using Adobe Reader 9. Acrobat 9 also offers an Overprint Preview feature which allows designers to view interactions between overlapping objects. Print professionals can reliably convert colours between colour spaces, switch RGB and CMYK blacks to solid black, and map one colour to another colour, including mapping colours to Pantone spot colours. A Compare Documents feature identifies differences including changes to text, text formatting, images, line weights and backgrounds between versions of documents. Acrobat 9 also includes the ability to combine a range of content - documents, video, audio, 3D objects - into a single document within the new concept of PDF Portfolios. Users can select of create layouts for their Portfolios.
